Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, when she decided to stop the sport of gymnastics. Within a short time her age, she could get her Pro Card when she was 17. She became the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel paused her career for six years to complete her studies. Then, in 2015, she returned on the stage and took part at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first performance, she continued competing for many years and determined to achieve higher standards each year. She won another four fitness titles by the end 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel had to wait 6 years in order to finish her education having earned her Professional Card. In October 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th spot at the Fitness Division. Ariel declared that she'd had no expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel competed against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. She usually does bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on an exercise machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves on to her working sets. Ariel will also make use of every minute. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or 4 supersets with 10-12 reps is her thing.
