Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and writer who was awarded numerous prizes. Her movies are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) and The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she was brought up in an environment that was artistic. She began as a photo assistant before moving on to modeling and acting. Her two first films were noticed and she received the Golden Globe Award of Most Promising newcomer. MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was a huge hit that brought fame to the world in addition to being as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, she was voted the Top female box-office debut around the globe. The handprints of her signature, as well as footprints were made in 1972 at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv show The Winds of War. The autobiography of MacGraw Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
